"RIPES" - Tree-ripened for the best flavor, these peaches are ready to eat and will keep approximately 3 to 5 days. Ripe peaches are usually sold by the peck (12 pounds), but are also in other quantities.

"OVERRIPES" - The sweetest of all, overripes are great for ice cream, pies, freezing, or just eating. These peaches will not keep long and should be used the day of purchase. Overripes are sold in bags that weigh 10 to 12 pounds.

"NO. 1's" - A firm, perfect peach, free of defects, and 1 to 3 days away from being fully ripened. No.1’s will keep up to one week or more. These peaches are sold in 25 pound (1/2 bushel) boxes, pecks, or in gift boxes and lugs.

"GIFT BOXES" - Our premium packs, gift boxes are large No.1 peaches which are packed in trays and placed in an attractive box. These peaches are suitable for traveling, shipping, and gift-giving.

"NO. 2's" - A firm peach with a slight defect that will not affect the flavor of the fruit. These peaches are excellent for canning, freezing, cooking, and eating.

"PICKLING PEACHES" - Peaches that are small enough to fit into a wide mouth jar and are great for making pickled peaches or peach preserves (ask for our recipe). These small peaches have the same flavor as large ones and tend to be extremely sweet.
